Job Description

The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing data analysis and strategic insights to help accelerate the sales growth and profitability of paid search, display, social and other digital marketing channels.


This person will help address the complex challenges of marketing effectiveness, attribution, ROI, optimization strategies, customer behavior and campaign effectiveness while working closely with channel owners to understand their current business problems and develop reporting to better the business.


The ideal candidate for this position will have a high level of expertise utilizing multiple Business Intelligence tools to provide a holistic view of our customers and has the ability to clearly and effectively communicate successes and failures of digital campaigns to the team.




  • Manage, organize, and present KPI reporting across paid search, display, SEO, marketplaces, and other digital channels while delivering both regular and ad hoc reports
  • Manipulate and mine data across multiple platforms to identify opportunities to scale marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of landing pages, display banner, ad copy, and other creative assets
  • Research and identify customer segments for targeted digital campaigns
  • Implement and analyze A/B or Multi-Variant tests to provide in-depth insights

Be a key member on the digital marketing team while working directly with the Director of Digital


Job Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing required
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance or related field
  • Strong quantitative skills required to analyze and optimize campaign performance
  • Deep understanding of key digital marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, AOV, LTV, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Adwords required
  • Expert in Excel and comfortable learning new business intelligence and vendor reporting tools
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a data driven team
  • Willingness to go beyond just the traditional data queries and to understand online behavior from a user and site experience perspective
  • Retail experience required
